Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests.
• Assist customers with questions, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Details:

Max Pay is $23 per hour.
